Art Hudson

Art is a Real Estate Sales Specialist serving the Western North Carolina areas of, Hendersonville and Henderson County including, Flat Rock, Mills River, Fletcher, Laurel Park, Horse Shoe, Mountain Home, Etowah, Edneyville, Dana, Bat Cave, and Lake Lure. He also covers South Asheville, Fairview, Pisgah Forest and Brevard.

 

Art is a Henderson County native who has also lived in Oregon, Delaware, Colorado, and Hawaii. He has been back home since 1989 having completed hundreds of transactions helping people buy and sell homes and other properties in Western NC. Art is a graduate engineer, and prior owner of a local family business.

 

He has advanced Real Estate training including 'GRI' designation of the National Association of Realtors and 'Master Salesman' designation from the Floyd Wickman Team LLC organization.  He also completed the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors, Commercial Certificate Program in 2006.  He has been recognized by Century 21 as a consistent high producer in real estate service and has been awarded numerous awards including the Century 21 Masters Ruby Award.

 

Art's community involvements include membership and various responsibilities in the Hendersonville Daybreak Lions Club, Arden Seventh-day Adventist Church, and the Pisgah Chapter of Trout Unlimited.  He serves on the Board Of Directors of the Lion's Marjorie McCune Assisted Living Center in Black Mountain, North Carolina.
